Field Trip Host Application - Textile Exchange Conference 2026

Thank you for your interest in hosting a field trip as part of the 2026 Textile Exchange Conference. The conference will take place in Vancouver, Canada on October 12-15, 2026, with field trips scheduled to happen on October 16.

Each year, about 1,400+ leaders and experts from across the fashion, textile, and apparel industry convene at our annual conference to learn and inspire action towards adopting preferred fibers and materials. The opportunity to integrate trips to visit local supply chain partners into our conference offering is an essential part of understanding where fibers and materials come from and the impact that they have on people and local ecosystems.

We invite you to tell us your field trip host proposal below by Friday, June 5, 2026. We will then evaluate submissions and follow up with successful applicants in June to discuss how we can collaborate on carrying out the proposed field trips.
